CAROLINE PALMER, ACTOR 'CAROLYN'
Caroline is a Toronto-based actor for film and television. Her most recent role was a lead in the horror feature film, The Drownsman, from Black Fawn Films and Breakthrough Entertainment. The film had it's World Premiere at the Fantasia Film Festival in Montreal, Quebec, and is currently being screened at film festivals around the world. She trains at the renowned Armstrong Acting Studios, and also enjoys improv, theatre, and dance.
VICKI KIM, ACTOR 'MADDY'
Vicki is a Korean-Canadian Actor and Stand-Up Comedian based in Toronto. A role in The Auction, a short film for the CBC, directed by Gloria Kim, marked her film debut. Recently, she played a hard-hitting business woman in the sci-fi thriller, The Common Sense, directed by Melanie Gilligan, a collaboration with the Justina M Barnicke Gallery. Her latest role is a film professor in A Girl and A Gun, a feature-length drama directed by Robert Reid.
Andrew C, WRITER & DirectoR
Andrew is a Writer and Director, based in Toronto. He is a graduate of the Vancouver Film School, with a diploma in screenwriting. His short films, Word and Beauty Heart Story, have toured international festivals and been distributed worldwide. He recently won the award for Best Director at the 2013 Marseille Web Festival in Marseille, France, for his critically acclaimed dramatic series, Millions. He's directed spots for the Ontario Science Centre, Coca-Cola and TELUS, and music videos for Mark Brathwaite and Juno-nominated icon, Amy Sky.
Christian Peterson, Producer & Director of Photography
Christian is a Producer and Cinematographer for Toronto-based Roxton Media, a boutique company that specializes in creating meaningful shareable media. Since graduating from Concordia University’s Film Production program, he’s worked with Directors, Atom Egoyan and Anthony Green, and some of the city’s top influential brands, including Toronto Life, the Open Roof Festival, Starvox Entertainment, and Roots. Christian was Co-Producer on the series, Millions, which screened at festivals around the world, including the New York TV Festival and the Reel World Film Festival in Toronto. He was a key crew member of Season One of Temps Mort, a Digital Emmy-nominated Web Series. He was a video designer for Woody Harrelson’s play, Bullet for Adolf, and worked on projects abroad for Hong Kong Television.
Christopher Nguyen, Producer
Christopher is a Producer and heads his own sales & marketing consultancy, based out of Toronto. After graduating from the University of Toronto in 2008, he spent the next few years, traveling and working in Japan. Since 2007, he has been a serial entrepreneur starting companies across various industries from food & beverage to tech to film. Christopher was also a key member of the winning team at the 2011 Toronto Startup Weekend and went on to compete in the Global Startup Battle. Lovebites is his first film.
BEN BRILLANTES, PRODUCER
Ben is a Producer and Actor based in Toronto. He produced and starred in the critically acclaimed and award-winning series, Millions. Lovebites is his second major film project.
KELLY LAW, ASSOCIATE PRODUCER
Kelly is a Producer based in Windsor, Ontario. With her extensive background in managing large creative projects, her role as Associate Producer for Lovebites, marks her first major role in a film.
